All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $79
  • $5.99 flat rate for orders under $79

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 10 miles of Lowell. For orders under $100, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9am-2:30pm  Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Lowell, MA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-2:30pm on Monday - Friday Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping


  • Free shipping on all orders over $100
  • $10 flat rate for orders under $79

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Japan, UK, France, Italy, Canada, Mexico, Spain, and South Korea.

 At this time, we do not ship to: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Libya, Russia, Tanzania, and Yemen and all other countries not included in the list of countries we do ship to.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments can take longer for shipping so please expect delivery to occur between 8 - 20 days after processing.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vint2modern is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vint2modern@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • Handbags and final sale items are non-returnable
  • You have 7 days from arrival to postmark an item for return.
  • Items are subject to a $1.99 restocking fee if returned. This excludes items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • We have 3 easy ways to return your items to us:

    1. Free shipping label

      Vint2modern provides the shipping label and your return shipping is free. Your refund will be awarded in Vint2modern credit.

    2. $8.99 shipping label

      $8.99 will be deducted from your refund amount and Vint2modern will provide the shipping label. Your refund will be awarded to your original form of payment.

    3. No shipping label

      No shipping label will be provided and you are responsible for shipping the item back. Your refund will be awarded to your original form of payment with no return fee deducted

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at vint2modern@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
